Cancellations

Because our food is made fresh in small batches to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

We take the quality of our food seriously. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or with packaging that appears tampered with, we will replace it.

To request a replacement, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [your email] or via WhatsApp and include a photo of the product clearly showing the issue along with your order number. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved replacements will be dispatched at no additional cost.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been partially consumed.
