Humans have been eating this for as long as there have been fires to cook it on. Salt-aging is older than refrigeration — drawing moisture from the surface, concentrating flavour, bringing a tenderness that heat finishes.

It arrives vacuum sealed at the peak of its rest, with a pat of Tuscan finishing butter — garlic confit, rosemary, cracked pepper. Basting is the oldest trick in the kitchen: butter hits the hot pan, you spoon it over the steak continuously, and it bastes the meat in its own richness. The result is a crust and a depth you cannot get any other way.

No seed oils. No marinades. Nothing added that shouldn’t be there.

We deliver every Sunday in Bangalore. Orders must be placed by 9am Saturday to be included in that week's delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order on delivery day.
