Sauerkraut is that food in its simplest, most honest form. Sauerkraut was named by the Germans for 'sour cabbage', but the preserving veggies in brine originates both from China and Slavic people at the same time about 1000 years ago. Vegetable. Salt. Time.

We deliver every Sunday in Bangalore. Orders must be placed by 9am Friday to be included in that week's delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order on delivery day.
