Ktipiti

Ktipiti has been on Greek tables longer than restaurants existed. Every household made it differently — some with more pepper, some with more cheese — but the flavor of fire, salt, spice, and sour combine so beautifully that it’s always good. 

Somewhere along the way the dip / sauce category got taken over by stabilizers, modified starch, and flavorings designed to approximate the real thing with cheaper ingredients. Well we’re over that trend and back to making food with food.

We use block feta, whipped smooth, with red pepper charred directly over an open flame until the skin blackens, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon and some hot sauce - yummy! 

Spread it on carnivore crust. Spoon it over grilled meat or eggs. Eat it with a fork if that’s where the evening takes you.

We deliver every Sunday in Bangalore. Orders must be placed by 9am Saturday to be included in that week's delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order on delivery day.
