Kerala has been trading spices since 3000 BCE — black pepper from the Malabar Coast was literally priced in gold by the Romans. This bar is built from that pantry. Fresh coconut, toasted until golden and fragrant. Green plantain, smashed and fried in coconut oil until just cooked through. Curry leaves, flash-fried crisp and crumbled through the butter. Malabar black pepper, toasted whole and ground fresh, delivering a slow-building heat that lingers well after the fat has melted.

We deliver every Sunday in Bangalore. Orders must be placed by 9am Saturday to be included in that week's delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order on delivery day.
